Six kits. One subscription.

Every kit includes the frame, FC/ESC stack, four motors, video system, receiver, props and a full hardware pack. Goggles, radio controller, LiPo batteries and charger are not included: they're personal choices pilots usually already own or want to select themselves. Subscribers get 18% off all battery orders.

Kits are pre-ordered and fulfilled to order: we confirm your spec, then source, assemble and test your kit. Lead time is 3–4 weeks, and you get exactly what you ordered. The first cohort is capped at 30 kits.

When your kit ships, a subscription activates that knows your frame size, motor spec, prop pattern and connector type, so every monthly box of props and hardware is correct. It costs £22–27 a month depending on build size, and you can cancel any time.

Your VTX has to match the goggles you fly with, so the goggle ecosystem decides it. Both ecosystems are available across the kit range and you select yours at checkout. Our DJI O4 vs Walksnail GT2 vs HDZero comparison covers the trade-offs.

There's no licence as such, but for a quad of 100g or more you need a free Flyer ID from the CAA's online theory test, and an Operator ID if it has a camera. When flying in goggles you also need an observer beside you who can see the quad. Our guide to UK FPV drone laws in 2026 covers the details.
